Why most startups fail

Updated: Sep 5, 2022

There is one primary guide (in my humble opinion) that needs to be followed for any new company: Eliminate the points of failure. Do that first, before worrying about how you succeed and everything will be okay. Unfortunately too many companies push for the golden ticket while ignoring the pitfalls that can kill them on the way: short runways, weak management, confirmation biases, etc. So again: find every way you can fail and eliminate, or mitigate these pitfalls first. Then and only then strategize for scale and success.
